Friday November 16
Group 4: Mainland 17, Eastern 14
Mark Slotoroff kicked a 31-yard field goal with four seconds left and the Mustangs reached the South Jersey final for the first time since 2003 and the first time ever in Group 4. Ron Moody ran for one TD and Brent Caprio passed to Troy Brennan for the other.
Group 3: Shawnee 12, Hammonton 0
The Blue Devils didn't make much happen with the ball, gaining just 59 yards rushing on 24 attempts. QB Herb Storey threw for 118 yards.
Group 2: Point Pleasant Boro 20, Bridgeton 14
Kentrai Mollock and Dominique Williams scored third quarter TDs, Mollock's from 62 yards away, to rally the Bulldogs from a 20-0 halftime deficit.
NP3: Holy Spirit 12, St. Joe-Montvale 3
After being shut down in the first half, Spirit used TDs by William Washington and Nick Hall to notch the win. Hall also made a pair of touchdown-saving tackles. With his TD, Washington became just the 11th player in South Jersey history to score 200 points in one season..

Friday November 9
Group 4: Mainland 27, Toms River East 24
After trailing, 14-0, at halftime, the Mustangs used 139 rushing yards by Ron Moody and 2 Tds and a TD pass by Brent Caprio to notch their first-ever Group 4 win.
Group 4: Toms River North 9, Atlantic City 7
The Vikings turned the ball over while trying to spike it in the final minute. Todd Busler passed for 185 yards and a TD.
Group 3: Hammonton 37, Seneca 6
After trailing, 6-3, in the first quarter, the Blue Devils scored 34 unanswered points. Chris Helm had 137 yards and 3 TDs. Josh Baez added 127 yards and a TD.
Group 2: Point Pleasant Boro 32, Buena 18
The Chiefs had an 18-17 lead entering the fourth quarter on two TD passes by Marco Corolla and a TD run by freshman Donetae McKinnon.
Non-Public 3: Holy Spirit 61, Bishop Ahr 3
William Washington ran for 177 yards and four TDS, setting new CAL records for TDs (32) and points (194) in one season. Both were held by Ocean City's Kevin Sinclair and Hammonton's Ron Dorsey. Nick Hall added 148 yards and 3 TDs.
Consolation: Cherokee 31, Absegami 14
The Braves scored the first two TDs, one on a reception by Demetrius Rooks. But it was all Cherokee after that.
Consolation: Clearview 28, Ocean City 0
Justin Betterson scored 4 rushing TDs. OCHS played the game without seven starters who were given one-game suspensions for breaking team rules.
Consolation: Lenape 27, Vineland 12
Miguel Ribot ran for 129 yards and a TD.
Consolation: Haddonfield 34, Middle Township 17
Nolan Quinn threw a TD, ran for the other and kicked a 28-yard field goal.
Consolation: Sterling 29, Pleasantville 15
The Greyhounds led at the half on TD runs by Antonio Buie and Cedric Wilson.
Saturday November 10
Group 2: Bridgeton 20, Manasquan 14
Kentrai Mollock scored twice, including a 72 yard return of the opening kickoff. Mike Cisrow added the other score.
Non-Public 2: Gloucester Catholic 24, St. Joseph 21
After QB Joe Kirchon rallied the Wildcats to a 21-17 lead on two 4th quarter TD passes, Gloucester Catholic scored with seven seconds left on a quarterback scramble. The loss ended the St. Joe playoff win streak at 16 games and eight straight NJSIAA titles, a state record. The last playoff loss by the Wildcats was to Immaculate Concepcion in 1998.
Consolation: Camden 35, Lower Cape May 13
Eric Halbruner scored a TD and kicked the extra point to give the Tigers a 7-0 lead. But Camden got the next 35 points before Phil Peterson scored for Lower.
Consolation: Millville 19, Cherry Hill East 14
Datrell Williams ran for 154 yards and two TDs as the Bolts opened a 19-0 lead in the second quarter.
Consolation: Pennsauken 26, Oakcrest 7
Myron Brown scored in the 1st quarter to give the Falcons a 7-6 lead.
Consolation: St. Augustine 32, Egg Harbor Township 21
Darnell Laws scored four TDs and Justin Thomas threw for 198 yards and two scores.

Friday November 2
Atlantic City 15 Absegami 6
Todd Busler threw for 148 yards and 2 TDs as the Vikings qualified for the Group 4 playoffs a fourth straight year.
Egg Harbor Township 35, Oakcrest 25
Jerel Santiago ran for 3 TDs and Tim Little passed for two.
Hammonton 43, Millville 19
Chris Helm and Josh Baez each scored twice for the Devils. Mookie Holland got two for the Bolts.
Mainland 45, Vineland 7
Ron Moody ran for 194 yards, scoring three times in the first period, as the Mustangs assured themselves of a home game in their playoff opener.
Bridgeton 46, Middle Township 34
Dominique Williams scored 4 times, including an 82-yard kickoff return in the 4th quarter. Nolan Quinn tied a CAL record by throwing five TD passes, two each to Bill Hodgdon and Charles Cooper.
Buena 34, Lower Cape May 14
Marco Corolla threw for 162 yards and 4 TDs as the Chiefs took a 34-0 halftime lead.
St. Augustine 23, Pleasantville 6
Sophomore QB Dustin Thomas ran for 2 TDs and passed to Jack Crawford for another.
Saturday November 3
Holy Spirit 48, St. Joseph 7
William Washington ran for 256 yards and four TDs as Spirit stormed back after falling behind, 7-0. The loss ended St. Joe's 37-game win streak, the longest in CAL history and third longest in South Jersey history. The last loss had been to Spirit on 9/24/04.

Friday October 26
Vineland 17, Oakcrest 14
Luke Nelson threw a TD pass and kicked a 20-yard field goal. The game ended with The Clan taking a knee on their own seven on fourth down.
Buena 21, Middle Township 6
The Chiefs' Torrence Mitchell ran for 114 yards and a TD. Middle QB Nolan Quinn threw for 207 yards and a TD.
Holy Spirit 55, Bridgeton 7
William Washington ran for 240 yards and five TDs. Marcus Witherspoon scored with an interception.
St. Joseph 22, St. Augustine 14
Joe Kirchon threw two TDs as the Wildcats built a 22-0 lead. But The Prep rallied behind two TDs by Darnell Laws and had the ball with a chance to tie. It was St. Joe's 37th straight win.

Ron Moody took a shovel pass from Brent Caprio and ran 41 yards for a second quarter TD as the Mustangs clinched the American Conference championship.
Pleasantville 28, Lower Cape May 10
Na'im Lyons ran for 71 yards and scored twice, once with an interception.
Sunday October 28
Absegami 21, Egg Harbor Township 9
Matt Coulter ran for one TD and threw for another and freshman Bilal Salaam ran for 149 yards and a score.
Atlantic City 28, Ocean City 8
Todd Busler threw a pair of TD passes and ran for a third.

Friday October 19
Absegami 24, Ocean City 8
Matt Coulter (117 yards) threw a pair of TD passes for Gami. Vinnie Djukanovic ran 68 yards with a fumble for OC's only score.
Atlantic City 28, Millville 14
Todd Busler threw for over 300 yards and a pair of TDs, including a 60-yarder to Leavander Jones in the 4th quarter that put the game away.
Egg Harbor Township 21, Vineland 16
The Eagles moved up into the top eight in Group 4 as Jerel Santiago rushed for 114 yards and two touchdowns. Clan QB Luke Nelson threw for 255 yards and two TDs.
Hammonton 38, Oakcrest 0
Josh Baez run for 107 yards and QB Herb Storey scored two TDs and passed for another as the Blue Devils remained undefeated.
Bridgeton 47, Buena 6
Dominique Williams ran for 197 yards and a TD and sophomore Mike Cisrow added 136 yards and two scores.
Holy Spirit 47, Pleasantville 14
Nick Hall scored three times for the undefeated Spartans who built a 33-0 lead in the second quarter. Na'im Lyons threw a pair of TD passes for the Greyhounds.
Saturday October 20
St. Joseph 34, Middle Township 21
The Wildcats made their winning streak an even three dozen as Keith Corcoran scored four times. Nolan Quinn threw a pair of TD passes for Middle.

Friday October 12
Absegami 34, Vineland 14
Gami sophomore John Harvey ran for 103 yards and 3 TDs and freshman Bilal Salaam gained 101 yards and scored once. It was the first conference win for Absegami.
Hammonton 24, Egg Harbor Township 7
Sophomore Josh Baez ran for 102 yards and 2 TDs and Chris Helm gained 145 yards and scored once as the Blue Devils remained undefeated.
Mainland 34, Atlantic City 9
Brent Caprio ran for 2 TDs and Ron Moody had 105 yards and a score as the Mustangs remained in a first place tie.
Ocean City 21, Millville 7
Sophomore Chris Curran got the start at QB and connected for a pair of first quarter TDs to Chris Harris.
Holy Spirit 48, St. Augustine 13
William Washington gained 216 yards and scored four times. Nick Hall ran for 222 yards and scored three times, including his league-leading third punt return TD. Dustin Thomas threw a pair of TDs for The Prep, lifting his CAL-leading total to 14 touchdown passes.
Middle Township 21, Pleasantville 20
Middle sophomore QB Nolan Quinn threw a pair of touchdowns to Charles Cooper and, just as important, kicked all three extra points.
St. Joseph 62, Lower Cape May 0
The Wildcats made it 35 straight with Keith Corcoran scoring three times and Joe Kirchon throwing for two scores.
Bridgeton 49, Somerville 21
Kentrai Mollock, Dominique Williams, Brock Price and Mike Cisrow each scored twice as the Bulldogs had over 500 yards of total offense.

Friday October 5
Atlantic City 31, Oakcrest 21
The Vikings dug themselves a 21-0 hole when Gary Wilson scored two first quarter TDs for Oakcrest. But QB Todd Busler (290 yards) rallied ACHS by throwing 3 TDs, two of them to Leavander Jones, who also ran for a score.
Hammonton 21, Vineland 14 2OT
Anthony Barone threw a 25-yard option TD pass to Robert Ciancaglione in the 2nd overtime and the Blue Devils remained undefeated. Vineland scored both of its TDs in the third quarter, including an 88-yard kickoff return by Cameron Clarke. Neither school had ever played and overtime football game before.
Mainland 30, Ocean City 0
The Mustangs limited OCHS to four first downs and 44 yards of offense. Brent Caprio scored one TD and passed for two others. The Raiders defense made two great goal line stands to prevent the score from being bigger. It was the first time Mainland had shut out Ocean City since 1970.
Millville 18, Absegami 14
Thunderbolt QB J.B. Burk threw a TD pass to Khalil Wallace with no time remaining in the 4th quarter and ended Millville's 11-game losing streak.
Holy Spirit 70, Lower Cape May 13
Nick Hall scored three TDs, including two punt returns, William Washington scored twice and A.J. Holland threw 2 TDs to Jason Smart-el.
St. Augustine 31, Bridgeton 21
Dustin Thomas threw 4 TD passes, two of them to Jack Crawford, and The Prep remained undefeated.
Egg Harbor Township 33, Buena 6
Jerel Santiago and Josh Caesar each scored twice for EHT.
Middle Township 34, Jackson Liberty 6
Nolan Quinn threw 4 TD passes, three of them to Bill Hodgdon, and Middle coach Lee Chappine got his first win at the school.

Friday September 28
Atlantic City 17, Egg Harbor Township 14
Bill Reid's interception at the 10 in the final 30 seconds preserved AC's first win. Leavander Jones scored in the 4th quarter to give the Vikings the lead. Tim Little threw 2 TDs for EHT.
Hammonton 28, Absegami 7
Ashton Alicea had 105 yards and a pair of TDs and Josh Baez gained 108 yards and scored once. Jeremy Frazier's 85-yard kickoff return was Gami's lone score.
Mainland 45, Millville 8
Mustangs QB Brent Caprio threw for two TDs and ran for another. The loss was the 11th straight for the Thunderbolts.
Oakcrest 28, Ocean City 14
Falcons QB Craig James threw 2 TDs in the 1st quarter as Oakcrest built a 20-0 lead. But OC HS came back on 2 TD passes from Vinnie Djukanovic to Chris Harris to make it 20-14. Ray Larry sealed the win with a 4th quarter interception that he returned 39 yards for a score.
Bridgeton 26, Pleasantville 15
The Bulldogs' Dominique Williams ran for 219 yards and a pair of TDs. Brock Price also scored twice.
Holy Spirit 39, Middle Township 0
William Washington ran for 246 yards and 4 touchdowns, Nick Hall had 109 yards and a TD and Spirit scored its first passing touchdown - a 72-yarder from A.J. Holland to Jason Smart-el.
St. Augustine 49, Lower Cape May 14
Dustin Thomas threw 4 touchdown passes, 2 of them to Josh Thompson. Frank Albert also scored twice for The Prep.
St. Joseph 19, Buena 6
After entering the 4th quarter tied, 0-0, St. Joe used a pair of TDs by Keith Corcoran - including a 53-yard interception return - to make it 34 straight wins.

Thursday September 20
Egg Harbor Township 39, Ocean City 28
EHT built a 33-7 lead then saw OC score 21 points in five minutes to take the game to the wire. Jerel Santiago and Scott Miller each scored twice for the Eagles. Raider QB Vinnie Djukanovic threw for 3 TDs and scored one while both rushing and passing for over 100 yards. There were 5 turnovers and 2 blocked punts in the game.
St. Augustine 35, Jackson Liberty 0
Sophomore QB Dustin Thomas passed for 271 yards and 4 TDs, two of them to Jack Crawford.
Friday September 21
Mainland 21, Absegami 7
Brent Caprio scored one TD and passed for 114 yards and another score.
Oakcrest 26, Millville 0
Four different players scored as the Falcons handed Millville its 10th straight loss and second straight shutout. Craig James threw for 124 yards.
Buena 31, Pleasantville 27
Tommy White threw 3 TD passes including one to Mike Ney in the final minute of the game. The Greyhounds' Na'im Lyons scored one TD and passed for another.
St. Joseph 6, Bridgeton 0
Sophomore Jared Bianchini ran 41 yards for a TD with just under five minutes left as St. Joe won its 33rd straight. Bridgeton, which had scored 105 points in its first two games, mounted only one scoring threat which resulted in a blocked field goal attempt.
Vineland 34, Middle Township 10
Tevyn Waters scored three times, including twice in the third quarter, as The Clan rallied from a 10-7 deficit. Mike Spatafore caught a TD pass from Luke Nelson and also returned an interception 100 yards for a score.
Woodstown 21, Lower Cape May 6
Phil Peterson scored from the two for Lower on the final play of the game.

Friday September 14
Egg Harbor Township 19, Millville 0
Junior QB Tim Little ran 45 yards for one score and passed for the other as EHT opened its season with a win.
Hammonton 25, Atlantic City 12,
The Devils trailed, 12-10, with six minutes left but Chris Helm and Herb Storey scored to provide victory. QB Todd Busler passed for 177 yards and a TD and ran for another TD to pace the Vikings.
Mainland 70, Oakcrest 13
Junior QB Brent Caprio ran for three TDs and passed for two and Ron Moddy ran for 132 yards and 2 TDs.
Ocean City 15, Vineland 7
Senior QB Vinnie Djukanovic scored both TDs and intercepted a Vineland pass at the goal line with 25 seconds left. Luke Nelson passed for 118 yards and a Clan TD.
Bridgeton 62, Lower Cape May 7
Kentrai Mollock ran for 162 yards and 4 TDs with Dominique Williams gaining 134 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Holy Spirit 45, Buena 12
William Washington became the first CAL back to score 6 TDs in a game in 11 years, finishing with 205 yards. Spirit's Nick Hall added 110 yards and a TD.
St. Augustine 28, Middle Township 14
Sophomore QB Dustin Thomas broke a 14-14 tie in the fourth quarter with a TD run. Middle's Nolan Quinn scored one TD and passed for the other.
Saturday September 15
St. Joseph 21, Pleasantville 0
The Wildcats used 142 yards and 3 TDs by Keith Corcoran to set a new record for a CAL school with its 32nd straight victory.

Friday September 7
Hammonton 24, Ocean City 0
Chris Helm scored twice, including a 58-yard run on the first play of the game. There were six turnovers, three by each team.
Vineland 22, Atlantic City 18
A 75-yard kickoff return by Vineland's Tevyn Waters in the 4th quarter turned out to be the winning score. Viking QB Todd Busler threw for 325 yards and 2 TDs, with 172 of those yards going to Bill Reid.
Absegami 35, Pleasantville 6
Matt Coulter scored scored on two shorts runs and threw a 34-yard touchdown to Demetrius Rooks to give Gami a 21-0 halftime lead.
Buena 28, Millville 14
Four different players scored for the Chiefs, culminating with Darius Melton's 70-yard interception return.
Holy Spirit 19, Mainland 0
William Washington scored twice and Nick Hall gained 115 yards and scored one TD. Mainland was limited to three first downs and 84 total yards.
St. Augustine 10, Oakcrest 7 OT
Sean Miller kicked a 25-yard field goal in the first overtime to win it. Each team scored in the third quarter - Oakcrest on a Craig James run and the Prep on a run by Jack Crawford.
Bridgeton 43, Jackson Liberty 0
Kentrai Mollock ran for 93 yards and 3 TDs as the Bulldogs led, 34-0, at halftime and coasted to the win. It was Jackson Liberty's first varsity game.
Delmar DE 39, Lower Cape May 0
Lower fell behind, 33-0, at halftime to Delmar, which was 11-1 last year.
Saturday September 8
St. Joseph 54, Wilmington DE Charter 13
The Wildcats tied the win streak record by a CAL school with their 31st straight victory.
